Originally from Chicago, Illinois, and now based in Tampa Bay, Ryan Michalek is a licensed health insurance professional with a mission to make quality, affordable coverage accessible to individuals, families, and small businesses across the country. He holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Business Management and Economics from North Central College in Naperville, IL, and is licensed in 31 states—expanding his ability to serve clients nationwide.

Raised in a hardworking, union-strong household alongside his brother in the suburbs of Chicago, Ryan’s values are deeply rooted in integrity, service, and results. After working in the Accounting Department of the Central States Pension Fund and witnessing firsthand how inadequate many health policies were for members, he was driven to step into the health insurance space with purpose.

Today, Ryan is known not only for helping clients secure the right coverage, but also for guiding them through the complexities of the healthcare system with clarity, compassion, and trust.
